Featuring soft blush, pearl, and lavender tones illuminated by twinkling lights and lanterns, this enchanting setup is perfect for evening celebrations, moonlit gatherings, or any moment worth making unforgettable. What’s Included: Curated tablescape adorned with blush, lavender, and soft pearl accents Elegant table settings with gold-accented dinnerware and celestial-themed decor Plush seating with velvet pillows and cozy throws for a luxurious feel Starry ambiance with lanterns, LED candles, and delicate fairy lights Moon and star-themed decor to create a dreamy, ethereal atmosphere Bottled water and your choice of cupcakes or cookies Setup and breakdown Choose Your Location: Luna Luxe can be set up at the location of your choice — whether it’s a private beach, your backyard, or an intimate indoor space. We travel throughout New Jersey with no additional fees for locations within 35 miles of Cherry Hill, NJ. Additional mileage fees apply beyond this range. Note: Luna Luxe is exclusively offered as an evening experience to fully capture the magic of the night.
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Refund Policy: All bookings require full payment at the time of booking. Payments are typically non-refundable. However, Blush & Bloom Luxe Events reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered for circumstances such as: • Internal cancellation by Blush & Bloom Luxe Events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, equipment failure). • Severe weather prevents the event from occurring, and no suitable indoor or alternative location is available. • Venue access is unexpectedly denied despite proper permits being secured, and no reasonable alternative can be arranged. All refund requests will be reviewed individually, and any approved refunds will be processed. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling is allowed within 90 days of the original event date, subject to availability. To request a reschedule, clients must notify Blush & Bloom Luxe Events at least 14 days before the scheduled event. Food & Beverage Policy: Blush & Bloom Luxe Events offers select food add-ons, including charcuterie boards (available for an additional fee, specified in packages on the page). Bottled water is included with all picnic packages. Clients are responsible for providing all other food and beverages unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For those seeking more comprehensive food and drink options, we can coordinate food arrangements for an additional fee, which will be invoiced separately. Alcohol Policy: Blush & Bloom Luxe Events does not provide any alcohol-related products and is not liable for the disregard of venue policies regarding alcohol. The client is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all venue rules and state/local laws regarding alcohol consumption. Blush & Bloom Luxe Events will not be held liable for any fines, damages, or legal actions resulting from the client’s failure to adhere to these policies. Weather Policy: In the event of unfavorable weather, clients may reschedule their event to an indoor location or on an alternative date, subject to availability. Rescheduling fees may apply. Liability Waiver Blush & Bloom Luxe Events is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during or after the event. This includes but is not limited to injuries caused by outdoor setups, candles, furniture, or decor. Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of their guests and complying with all venue policies and local regulations.
